Many of us started out on supplements and then stopped taking them. Their efficacy is far from proven - and many actually cause harm as previously discussed here. The only thing I now take is an occasional fish oil capsule.

Nature designed us to take what we need from naturally occuring nutrients in food. If you eat properly, you'll get what you need.
