Thanks to everyone who responded to my plea for help. I was overwhelmed by all the responses I recieved through the group and privately. Some of you handled me with kids gloves and some of you slapped me upside the head. (Thank you Maco). I needed both. My fridge is now full of healthy food, and I have survived and enjoyed my first full day the CRON way. I have been motivated and my education has gotten off on the right foot and now I believe more than ever I can do this.Thanks again,
