Guest guest
Well, I think people who are seriously interesed in their BP levels should do what most patients who are being treated for high BP are advised to do - go out and buy an Omron (or some other automated) BP cuff and take your BP at home several times a day and keep a notebook. The price for such a cuff is about 50-70 dollars. Not a big outlay for something so important to your health. Then you can look at average daily readings, see how they change over time, see how they change every day, etc. etc. To try and get an answer by a trip once every 2 weeks to a drugstore using their automated cuff - I think that's not a reliable way to get an answer.
