Guest guest
Are the people doing CR taking any protein powder supplements (e.g., whey, egg white, or soy?). This seems to me like a nice way to ensure you get sufficient protein without worrying about specific food types each day. How much minimum protein intake are people doing CR aiming for in terms of g/kg/day?

Guest guest
I use rice protein powder in my morning smoothies, which also contain the whey and casein powders I use in making my homemade yogurt. You could also argue that the seitan I consume is a protein powder supplement, as it starts out as pure wheat gluten in powder form. I also sprinkle brewer's yeast ( Labs) on my " pasta " dishes. - > > Are the people doing CR taking any protein powder supplements (e.g., > whey, egg white, or soy?). > > This seems to me like a nice way to ensure you get sufficient protein > without worrying about specific food types each day. > > How much minimum protein intake are people doing CR aiming for in > terms of g/kg/day? > > >
