Guest guest
Hi folks: Another little detail I have only just noticed is this: From nutritiondata.com, vitamin D content of pink salmon, canned: A) drained solids with bone, 100g ........... 466 I.U. solids with bone and liquid, 100g ........ 624 I.U. So, when you take 100g of solids you get 466 I.U.; but when you take ~95g of solids and ~5g of liquid, for a total of 100g, you get A LOT MORE vitamin D - 624 I.U.. SO THE WATER HAS A MUCH DENSER CONCENTRATION OF VITAMIN D THAN THE FLESH AND BONE DOES. Rodney.
