Guest guest Posted December 2, 2004 Report Posted December 2, 2004 Hi! Carolyn, I'm the same way w/ stubborness - if I think I can't do something or someone tells me I can't it just makes me want to do it more --- this is a good quality sometimes, but other times it does lead to my detriment!! Like when I felt like I had to do all of Cathe's hardest workouts for three weeks and ended up w/ that darn virus that wouldn't go away! LOL! Would taking a nice walk outside help you to feel better? Sometimes the fresh air/change of scenery helps me. , I think it is great that you are keeping a food journal, it really helps you to identify your downfalls, doesn't it? I remember reading in a book or magazine somewhere about mindless eating and how you should put everything you eat " mindlessly " into a plastic bag and look at it at the end of the day. I know this is an area I have trouble with the little nibbles here and there, making dinner, finishing off what DD doesn't, etc. I bet my little baggie would be full just from that! LOL! Take care guys!
