Guest guest
Carolyn, if you had the guts to try it, I should too :-) and I agree everything looks very fun, albeit HARD. I do love how that challenges the body, and of course I have a core of mush so that's why I both adore and dread these. In yoga classes I'm fairly strong and more flexible than most, but when it comes to the balancing poses like tree or eagle or warrior 3 I topple horribly! I know that these exercises in Core Foundations will really help. Plus the ball is so kid-like - it reminds me of the hoppity hop I had as a child that ultimately met it's demise by my mother's '65 Chevy Caprice since I accidentally left it in the driveway.. Hoppity hop reminiscing (and it's a great workout too!)
