Hi,

This morning, I decided to do yoga - my legs still have that heavy feeling

and I figured that it really didn't make sense to push myself to do a FIRM

when I wouldn't be able to put my all into it. So, after much indecision

over which yoga workout to do - I did Kundalini Yoga w/ Strength & Grace.

Kundalini is different but I like it - it both energizes and relaxes me. In

the morning, it is hard fo rme to pick out a really relaxing yoga workout -

like Yoga Zone Conditioning & Stress Relief (which is one I was considering)

since I sort of need to wake up, too! THe Yoga Zone tape is perfect for me

in the afternoons or evenings, but I usually don't get a chance to do yoga

then. Anyway, since i skipped Volume 6 today here is my plan for the rest

of the week and part of next week (helps me to keep it straight if I write

it down):

Wednesday - Firm Volume1 & Yoga

Thurs - Firm Volume 2 & Yoga

Friday - Firm Volume 4 (no abs) and Firm Volume 5 tall box work and

abs/floorwork & Yoga

Saturday - Firm Volume 6 & Yoga

Sunday Yoga

Monday - either NSTAM or TAM and abs or floorwork & yoga

Tuesday - Standing Legs & Upper Body & yoga

Wed - whatever I didn't do on Monday & yoga

I know Thursday will be a rest day since we're going out of town on

Wednesday afternoon, Friday may be, too since we'll be getting back later on

Thursday.

Saturday - Fusion workout

Sunday - Yoga

Then I think I'll start a modified Project:You rotation changing up the

cardio here and there and probably doing my own Pilates and Yoga workouts...

Take care everyone!

Donna
