I think we agree on all points of this one -- the drills section is really my favorite- i've added it on to other kickboxing workouts such as a Tae Bo basic!! I think most of Cathe's kickboxing is sort of " kickboxing inspired aerobics " - I find this true of Kick, Punch & Crunch to some extent as well -- however, it is a nice change, as you said, from Tae Bo or other kickboxing workouts. I can't wait til I can try Turbo Kick. I hope that either BeachBody moves fast in getting them to market or a 24 Hour Fitness opens up near me. LOL!
