Yes, he is wonderful! Its an anti-fungal diet. Fungus feeds off sugar. Fruits

are limited to grapefruit, berries, lemon and lime. No corn, no potatoes, NO

CORN SYRUP, NO peanuts, no grain, no processed food. LOTS of veggies and meat,

salads, nuts and seeds.

Hi Pam!

Great! I will check it out as my most severe allergy is my mold allergy; I had a

pretend " tea party " with fungi from our yard when I was 4 and it landed me in

the hospital for a week with asthmatic bronchitis. I can literally smell " mold "

from a mile a way (almost) that no one else can smell. It even causes

neurological sypmtoms, sometimes.

I was a very premature baby (an identical twin) only weighing 3.2 lbs when I was

born and we were fed evaporated milk. Isn't that weird? I have always assumed

that that is one of the root causes of my allergies.

They are quick, Lea Ann....and painless! Actual treatment time takes about 4 minutes (has a video to watch to follow along with) then a 10 minute "resting" period. I was spending a FORTUNE on office treatments with great results, but I love being able to treat myself for sooooooooo much less!

That's really awesome! (I truly cannot imagine how horrible it was living over

a moldy basement--I would also have been forced to move out.) I bought the kit,

now I just have to get organized and use it, lol! In terms of the tapping on

your head/face, etc. how precise do you have to be in terms of hitting the

acupuncture points? I've never had a treatment, which probably would be helpful

to figure it out.

Joyce, you don't need to be overly precise on the meridian points-the general area is fine, and you will soon find what works best for you. I think a BIG key here, and one that they don't mention on the video, is to make sure you do this in a relaxed environment, when you can actually ENJOY the treatment! I take a nice hot shower before hand, put on some relaxing music, and turn it in to "me" time. During the rest period, I listen to soft, soothing music and try to focus on good thoughts. The key is to give the brain a POSITIVE experience in the safe presence of the allergen, to reset the brain's negative response to the allergen in the first place. To be honest, the whole thing sounded very hokey to me when I first heard of it, but my allergies were so severe I decided to give it a try. I was beyond thrilled when it

WORKED!! And continues to work! I only wish I had found the home treatment before I spent a fortune on office treatments at an office two hours from home!
