Guest guest Posted December 14, 2004 Report Posted December 14, 2004 Hi , I'm late on this, but I think Kathy and Carolyn filled you in -- basically it is high rep, low weight lots of compound moves (especially in Tone it up!). The downsides (for me) are the workouts are all kind of similar and the music is not the greatest, set is kind of boring, too.... However, the DVD version does permit you to turn off the music and play your own -- this really helps make them more enjoyable. There are several rotations that come with the " kit " but you might find your mind and body burning out on them if you do them all the time -- so it might be best to mix them in with your other workouts to keep mind and body fresh! They're available at Beachbody.com! Donna > >You guys seem to mention the Slim Series a lot.
