Guest guest
Thanks ! I'm hoping I can find an apartment near one of the gyms so that I might be a regular. Some of the ones I've seen (apartments) that are close are a bit expensive or have ridiculous pet restrictions (I have five cats which I have to sneak by management). One complex which would be great location wise etc. wants a photo of each pet along with a letter from the vet regarding maximum weight, temperment etc. My other concern is that I won't be able to make a 6PM class time. I might have to take classes on saturdays only (if I can get up). If I get the job (knock on wood), most capitol offices keep the hours of 8:30-5:30. Then I'd have to take a bus over there. How sad, I'm unemployed and my big concern is gym location and class times. LOL. a > a, check out Turbo Kick's website http://www.turbokick.com > You'll see my before and after picture/story there and yes, I'm the > Ask columnist. > > Connect with about taking TK at 24 Hour Fitness in Austin. Guest guest
Nope- kitties and gym should be your 2 biggest concerns. This coming from a cat lover and gym rat myself. You've got my full support! The rest will fall into place. -- In , " a " <paulajfrey@l...> wrote: > Thanks ! I'm hoping I can find an apartment near one of the > gyms so that I might be a regular. Guest guest
>>>It'slike Tae-Bo, but in my opinion, better, more varied and better put together. <<< Turbokick is absolutely NOTHING like Tae Bo. Here are the differences: TK works with the music - the moves are 16 or 32 ct combo's TK works right and left evenly TK is choreographed where tae bo is freestyle TK is interval style training, high intensity are followed by lower intensity segments TK has anaerobic drill TK does not have unsafe moves like neck rolls and windmills TK does have a fun dancy cooldown (but still kickbox) Oh and best of all, TK is a Paaaaaaartyyyyy!
