BSS3 = Body Sculpting System 3

The Goodtimes FIRM has produced 3 " systems " - BSS1 - which came w/ the

Fanny Lifter. It contained 3 workouts - Cardio Sculpt w/ Allie, Body Sculpt

w/ Jen Carman and Ab Sculpt w/ Kay (after this was released 6 shorter

workouts were released - referred to as " 6-pack " )

BSS2 - came w/ the sculpting stick (IMHO, not really a necessary piece of

equip!) It also contained 3 workouts - Max Cardio Burn w/ Allie, Total

Sculpt plus Abs w/ Jen, and Complete Aerobic Weight Training w/ (I

believe some shorter workouts were also released later -- if memory serves -

Calorie Killer w/ Tucker, Upper Body Sculpt w/ Janet and another

one...maybe an Ab workout....)

BSS3 is the latest and comes w/ a funky box - that can be tilted at an

incline, set at 6 inches like a regular step, and set at 14 inches like the

Fanny Lifter. I don't know what workouts are included and what " extras " are

out there. I've been ignoring this since I didn't want to have to buy

another box (I have way too many and not enough room to store them all!)
