So they have come to visit you and hang out for a while. I thought I was the only one they visited. I know the feeling your ecplaining all to well. You seem to be coping much better than I do.

Sharon,

I only sound good on here.......reality is that the first day I came home after they said it was anxiety I practically hyperventilated the whole time. Kept focusing on my breathing for fear that I would have no control and it would overtake me. Then what? I also did not want to be alone but have had to deal with it. Kids had school and BF has a home life of his own to try to deal with also. Just trying to stay in the present and not think beyond too much. I also have a wonderful Therapist who helps talk me thru things if needed.

Sounds like you are getting better and stronger yourself. How is that going?

Hey there woman, Things here look up one day at a time, with somedays being better than others. There are still those days that I could live without. I am getting stronger, I stay awake longer and finally pack to some of my simple crafts. If I could just figure out a way to keep my mind in the present. My wonders around to much and then I get in trouble.

I hate being alone. I miss my job, as I was a real people person and had a great deal of personal contact with my clients. Now, its just my dogs and me. I hate not being able to drive and being dependent on some one else even for the little things in life. Then always being on someone else's time schedule.

Well, no one ever told us life would be easy but, then did they say it would always be like this!

Sharon,

Boy can I relate to all of the things you say in this letter. I hate to be alone and I am sleeping way more than usual.....somedays close to 14 hours. Too bad we live so far away from each other. We could craft together.

Take care,
