One of the other things I did was found extended release versions of as much as I could. I have them down to one batch of pills right before bed and only one morning pill if I need it for my asthma. I only do what my Dr tells me:- My > first 3 pills with 50 mls water; my next 14 or 15 with 200 mls > water; next 4 with about 100 mls water; next 3 with 100 mls water; > next 4 with 100 mls water; last one with 50 mls water. > > Eve & Blabbermouth Jnr.
