Guest guest
I have this dvd but have yet to try it. Now I'm kinda psyched! I've been railroaded into going to the gym a lot lately though - did yoga and cycling yesterday, SET (strength & endurance training) today, and will do yoga and Turbo Kick tomorrow. Plus I am pms-ing, and angry today - will most likely wail on my kb bag tonite and yell out banshee screams! hup hup! > Way to go on Cardio Sculpt! Guest guest
Hi Carolyn,, The KS Flex Appeal is fun and different, but I don't think it burns a whole lot of calories, so it really is just for the fun/different aspect of it (which isn't a bad thing!) I'm very tempted by YBB, but I haven't ordered yet - I do have quite a few " fusion " type workouts - and I'm just trying to convince or un-convince myself that I need more. Good going on the Tae Bo! I really miss and have to get him back into my rotations!! I would really like to pick up some more of the Live workouts - they're great! What is 10 & 11 like?
