Hi !

Good for you on having a date with Eoinn last night!! If I keep getting up

early and you keep working out late we'll eventually be working out at the

same time!!

My hips have been pretty tight, too. Maybe I'll do Magically Hips tomorrow.

My one cat, Shadow, always gets in my face when I'm on my mat -- the only

time I mind is when I'm sweaty, something about cat fur sticking to sweat

just doesn't appeal to me!

Take care,

Donna

I have a kickboxing cat (Ceaser) and a Yoga cat (Tiny) as well. The

other three haven't chosen their form of exrcise yet.

I really hurt my lower back a week ago and it feels like it needs to

be popped SO bad and I can't find a way to pop it. Any yoga moves

you could suggest that might help? I know strange question.

Hi a

Sorry to hear about your back -- go easy! Do any of the seated twists help?

I also like the " thread the needle " (I think that is what it is called) -

move - you get down on all fours, then slide on arm under the other...hope

that make sense....

Donna,

I think I know the move you are talking about, but its my very low

back right by my butt that hurts bad. It hurts when I pee its so

painful. I fell on the same set of stairs twice in one day. Yowch!

I had a chiropracter adjust it last time, but I can't afford to do

that now. So I'm trying to find something that'll release the

pressure. You know how you can tell when its a bone out of place and

not a muscular pain? I envy those people who can pop their back just

by twisting in a chair. That would feel so good right now.

Thanks!

,

I'm so glad to hear you spent some time with Eoin. Doesn't it just make you

feel better? I have to admit, I have been teaching so many yoga classes lately

that I have let my own practice slide (teaching yoga is just not the same for

me). So, you've inspired me to spend some time with Eoin tonight- after our

Karate class (it will be the perfect topper).

In bliss,
