Guest guest
Hi a, I got the Kathy Flex Appeal from Deep Discount DVD.com - it was under $9! And free shipping. It took awhile for me to get it though, but for the price I didn't mind. I also saw it in Target this morning for $14.99. It is very nicely done and I do think it will help w/ my lack of torso flexibility (something I really feel now that I carry DD around!) Donna > >Donna!! Guest guest
Hi! Today was Tamilee Webb's Tighter Assets Cardio Blast - I just love this workout - short and very efficient. I also did the 10 min buns section on the DVD, lots of lunges and squats and variations on lunges and squats. Again, efficient! I also did AM Callanetics. I'm beginning to wonder if Callanetics is suitable for my back...could be a coincidence, but my back started to hurt this week and this is the week I started doing Callanetics again. I'm going to take a few days off to see what happens. There is one area on my back that is very tight - lower back, left side, close to my hip - could be from carrying DD and too much stuff around (I'm a lefty so naturally carry heavy stuff on my left side)....I think I'm using proper form for Callanetics..anyway, something to think about and experiment with. Hope to do Tighter Assets Weight Loss tomorrow - wanted to do it today along w/ Cardio Blast but just didn't have the time. Take care, Monday starts Cathe Timesaver week (finally!) Guest guest
Donna, That is funny you mention it because I have been having some mild lower back pain. I was too wondering it it was from callanetics. Not the workout itself but maybe my using improper form! LOL! Because honestly, I can't see how any beginner can get the form right on as tough as those are! My back pain could be from PMS, too. LOL!
