I hope this isn't in bad form, but someone gave me a pile of

exercise vids because they knew of my addiction and I'm ebaying the

ones I didn't want or already had. Wanted to give you guys the

opportunity to consider them

Oh, I totally would if you're interested. For some reason it

defaults to that and I forget to fix that when I do listings.

i just want to add to pauls listing that this set would be great for a

taebo-newbie. foundation is the instructional and it also includes a 15

min (i think) stretch routine.
