Hi a, I like the Steele kickboxing workout -- it really helps

me with my form!

Donna,

Which one do you have? I did the Knockout workout in a red cover, I

also have one in a blue cover. I have to modify them to go a little

faster so I get my cardio. I also have a bit of trouble on the

reverse roundhouse, probably because I'm on carpet. I do the workout

about once a year.

Thanks for the link.

Turbo Kick sounds like a lot of fun and I may want to try it, but when I click

on " Where can I find a class, " it takes me to the certifications events

calendar. Maybe one day I want to be certified, but I think I should try it

first! So is there a list of clubs/gyms anywhere that offers a Turbo Kick

class?

Do you know if Turbo Kick is offered at all 24 Fitnesses?

Thanks,
