I love Gilad! I use to workout to his show Bodies In Motion all the time back in the early 90's. His new video's are too easy for me so I passed on getting those, but I have his fat burning workout and love it.

The tape I have is Step and Tone Workout. Its from 1993. I've only

done it once before. It was light stepping and upper body toning at

the same time. I thought it about an intermediate level.

hi paula! i hope that you just have a bad cable there and it isnt

something serious. ive only done a little bit of gilad but i like

him! i have borrowed ARMS OF STEEL and LEGS OF STEEL from the library and

thought that they were nice, basic lifting workouts. nothing fancy but

gilad seems like a good guy! i would like to try any of his other

workouts, his step tape included. i expect that his stuff might be kind

of easy but 'easy' has its place in every rotation.
