hi jeanette!!! welcome to the group!!!

i just saw your intro on one of the FIRM groups -- i think that it was

firmies4life which is a great group too!

anyway, we are dying to hear what workouts you are doing!

i need to go and do a workout right now so that i can give my weekly report

i think that im going to do AEROBOX with kathy smith/michael odjante (sp?)

as i

bought it on ebay and havent done it yet! im classifying it as a cardio

workout... i hope that is correct.

Hi Jeannette!

Welcome! I'm an addict, too. I've been working out w/ videos since the

early '90's, I got addicted to the FIRM in 1998 and that is really when I

became obsessive! LOL! I'm afraid to count how many I have. I have one DD

and I'm going to be 37 in a few months. My DD just turned one.

You'll find great motivation here - welcome!

Christi is an AWESOME aerobics instructor! Her website is

A lot of people think her choreography is pretty complex....a lot of it

actually is for me! LOL! I modfiy a lot with her tapes. She gradually

builds on with each combination, and a lot of the time I will just stick

with basic moves and watch the modifiers in the back row. Her

personality and the music are both EXCELLENT IMO.
