Hi,

I keep running into recipes that call for Sweet Almond Oil or any light oil.

I am assuming (perhaps incorrectly) that the " light " does not refer to color,

but to the properties of the different oils themselves. I know sweet almond

and grapeseed are considered light, but could someone give me a short list of

the " light " oils or direct me to a site that would list them?? I do have a

" properties of oils spreadsheet " , but don't know how to determine if an oil

is light--is it lauric, linoleic, myristic, etc....

Thanks,

Sue H
