The only new one I got last week was Tamilee Cardio Blast. I done it after doing 2 combo's from Cathe's Rthymic step so it seemed a little more challenging then I thought it should've. I'm going to try it by its self next time and see. I liked the steps and I liked how she done a lot of plyometric type stuff. I haven't tried the 10 minute leg section yet. I do think this DVD will be a keeper just for the simple fact that I need some floor aerobics added to my workout collection, I have so many step tapes that my knee's scream at me from time to time lol

I just won Petra's Interval training DVD but I heard it is really easy, but I love Petra AND I got it for $7.00 so I figured that was worth it just to see if I like it and maybe I can modify and make the workout harder if I need to.

Hi ,

I'm dying to hear about Aerochi -- I think I may have it in VHS (I got it

off the swaps on VF). It is called Aerochi Basic Dance or something like

that -- is that what you have? I haven't had a chance to try it yet....but
