Guest guest
This was one of three videos I received when I purchased my Step. They all take place in Hawaii, and this crew of bubbleheaded beach bums lead the way. Seriously, this is your typicaly " dumb jock " crowd that were in the popular sororities and fraternites at college. For example, in this workout Lori (the one doing all the work) and " Dr. Pete " , her " coach " , overuse each other's first names and repeat the same 5 unenthusiastic cues over and over. The workout wasn't bad. You start with beginning exercises, then intermediate, then advanced. I like the straightforward format (these guys are too dumb to come up with anything innovative). It got the job done in a no-nonsense fashion that was refreshing, which helped me overlook their bimboness to a great degree. Still, it wasn't quite challenging enough for the avid exerciser. Guest guest
No, no step is needed, and I believe it was 25 minutes long. I think this was/is a t.v. series on ESPN and also a " As seen on TV " . It's these people in Hawaii who do them. There is an African American man who does the step workouts, a bunch of bimbo women, and dumb blonde men to go with them. It's kind of funny actually! The women wear these bikini type short with thick belts to hold them in place *groan*. They are fun to laugh at! Still, the workout was pretty good! Straight forward, no no- nonsense p.e. type crunch drills. Not too too challenging for me, but would be good to supplement another workout that did some abs in it already. I can trade it with you for something if you like. I'm not particularily attached to it.. > hi pink! > ive never heard of this workout. > how long is it? > does this workout incorporate the step for ab exercises? > *~*~*~*~* > Carolyn > > --- > > Checked by AVG anti-virus system (http://www.grisoft.com). > Version: 6.0.672 / Virus Database: 434 - Release Date: 4/28/2004
