Guest guest
"The true hallmark of mitochondrial disease is increased lactate withno mitigating circumstances...everyone will test high for lactic acidafter exercise, but not everyone will have lactic acidosis."When I was tested for Mito, I was told to walk around as much as I could before the test. I don't know the name of the test they did but I know it ruled out mite as my levels were normal despite my exercise beforehand. Perhaps here they do the test a different way? I'll ask my immunologist in a couple of weeks as he is a pathologist also. He'll know what test it was (he'll have it in my file so I can write it down too). Just remind me!! I see him July 13, so remind me ok!!
