hi donna!

sounds like you are doing fabulous in taebo-land! :)

thankyou for giving me your second impression on these circuit workouts.

i saw circuit 2 at zellers again today -- they want $20 for it!! eek!

if they had circuit 1 i probably would have bought it.

im sure that since you do cathe's cardio workouts, that you will be able to

keep up to a GRA!

its from the TOTAL set which, i believe, had 4 basic and 4 advanced

workouts -- these were workouts that billy blanks made for pay-tv (as were

the GET RIPPED workouts). the TOTAL workouts have gone out of print. im

pretty sure that i also have total basic 4 around here.

i thought that was a pretty good workout! i hadnt done pilates in so

long, let alone stability ball work, that my core hurt for, like, 3

days...LOL. i really should have taped it for you while i had the dvd,

darnit :(

300 calories is nothing to sneeze at, that's for sure. Great workout Kim!

That is fabulous Bill! You will most likely see my Doc, Fowler at Stanford. Ya might want to take a tape recorder -- he speaks 100 miles an our with a British accent! He is a brilliant doctor with a brilliant mind and memory. Maybe I am biased cuz I don't have one!

I am glad they are being cautious, but I hope you will never need one!

You will be in my thoughts tomorrow!

Monday Morning

Tomorrow morning I get a heart transplant evaluation at Stanford. My cardio does not think i yet wualify, but it's a good idea to get the eval now and be in the system. If by some chance I make the list, that's okay too.

Will keep everyone posted including the procedures I have to go through. (Stopping the jokes ain't gonna happen.)

From California where they think a transplant is flora trying to pass as fauna, Sorta like a Venus fly-trap.

Well, I am visiting with you all early.

Sunday was a successful lifelift day. I find just having my flex bands out are

motivating. I can't go into my craft sewing room and see them and not get busy.

I worked out two times yesterday...3:30 for about 20 minutes and then again at

7:00 or so...working my abs.

Can I tell ya, the TWO DAYS...count em, only TWO....I look like I am starting to

have a waist. That is empowering. I won't stop now. Here it is 10:00AM....I

am going to get busy NOW with today's workout.

Oh yeah, some of the exercises are definitely encouraged by my physical

therapist...The " bridge " helps strengthen the muscles supporting my lower

back...and even though I am a little TIGHT...I think my back is saying THANK

YOU...BOUT TIME!

HEEHEE....ya missed me?

I think I am going to SURF THE NET and find all that good OXYGEN info...like

OXYGENated cells cannot be cancerous cells...etc.

Love to all...LL WORKS!

That's terrific !!! I didn't do any this weekend. So far today I did 15 LL

breaths working my obliques and I turned on some music and walked for 20 min.

I'll do more LL and use the stretchy band later. Love, Liz---------- Original
