Not to disparage or discourage anyone... but, the measurement chart...I think I got that here. In fact I know I did. AND... For the last two weeks I have managed my 40 LL first thing in the morning before my coffee! AND... About a week before I started that morning exercise, I took my measurements and entered them into the chart... AND... today, after two weeks of my 40 LL...daily, and one week of low carbing/good carbing dieting... According to the chart... I HAVE LOST 18.5 INCHES...AND 6 LBS. Now, officially, I was flabbergasted. I measured twice...I read the chart twice, I computed the loss with a calculator... Anyone having trouble believing this...I totally understand. Anyone saying of course....Thanks. Yep, this is what I waken to today. My arms lost 2 inches in each arm! my thighs...an inch each... IT boggles the mind. and I FEEL GOOD. Now as an aside...I had to undergo a sleep study the other day. It was a hard night. I moved all night long. Involuntarily, but ALL NIGHT LONG. that is more of a problem than the apnea so I will probably get on some kind of new medication. Pray for that. Again...oh my GOSH!
