Liz,

I appreciate you posting your workouts. Reminds me to DO mine! I did

reflexology last nite (WED). Did workout #2 on (TUE). Honestly can't remember

Monday. It's been 100 degree's heat index here and I work out in it delivering

mail, no excuses, just a bit of fuzzy thinking. Tonite (WED) doing the band

workout and reflexology. Thanks so much for the reminders! You are

awesome..Thanks to everyone for their encouragement as well..I surely need it.

My goal it to do workouts twice a day. I know that makes me feel the best and

that's my goal..to feel good and to have fun!
