It's a wonderful and super fun workout for all. Rashelle does have the audio CD; but I'm not sure of any others for an MP3 player. I'm sure when Rashelle see's this she can fill you in. There is only the commuter audio CD but it is great and many people love using it. I put it on in the background when I am working on the computer or when I am driving so it helps keep me focused on my breaths. It can help with your timing and it really can help keep you on track. Click on the first link that says LifeLift Breathing DVD, Videos, Audio & Bands then scroll down to the bottom You have to hit next to get to the page but hopefully this will link will get you right there: Life Lift Commuter/Computer Audio CD.
