Well, I have been MIA as it were. Not because I haven't been doing

my LIFELIFT. I've been a very busy lady with my new grandbaby just

15 minutes from me. My daughter will call...and I was " running " to

go " help " ...Give me a break...

i've got to be nicer to myself...The baby is BEAUTIFUL...PIPER Eloise

MACK...5 months old last week.

I am still doing my LL breathing. It is habit now...but I have not

kept " tabs " on my success or my changes in inches, etc. It really is

a shame because I think I would lose weight and be more motivated if

I had the discipline to record my exercise.

I'm at a stalemate...207 and counting...I need to get to 155lbs but I

just want to lose 20 right now. I'm working a lo carb diet...with

vegetables making up the majority of my carbs. I feel better on this

type of diet.

I can't exercise to a TURBOJAM...or a machine...my body won't

cooperate with that because of the Multiple sclerosis...So Lifelift

is IT.

I do get marvelous remarks about my skin...I try to tell them it is

the OXygen I get with my workouts.

Any tips to get me motivated again?

I think I will schedule my workout for a certain time every day...

I still choose to breathe when I clean my dishes...when I fold my

clothes...etc.

I do love you guys...I am comforted that I can come here and ask

questions...

My anniversary of LL...Jan24 2007!!!!I'm so proud..

Now, i'll be more proud if I get the workouts daily for a month...

That is my goal today...

Today...I am going to do the first lifelift tape...that shows all of

the exercises...

Perhaps tonight I will do the reflexology...

Its 10:30...I must go BREATHE...

Hi :

Going to Rashelle's web site and reading the testimonials always helps

motivate me; as does Rashelle herself. But I know what you mean,

sometimes just getting to that place where you feel ready to workout is

a challenge in and of itself.

I, myself, struggle with the 'pah' sometimes; I tend to want to go

harsh with it like in the BF tapes, but when I hold back and make it

gentler like in the videos, feel like I'm not getting enough air out;

not sure if I just need more practice or what--

But you should be proud of yourself for doing what you can by getting

in those extra breaths throughout your day--

Good Luck, and we're all here for you,

Love,

Helene

Hello ,

You are always missed and it is always so great when you stop in to post.

Congratulations on your beautiful baby. I have my little 6 month old great

granddaughter here, along with my 3 year old great grandson so I understand the

feeling of wanting to spend every moment loving them and playing with them. I

can't get enough of mine. I read a wonderful story about a grandmother's love

early today. It was a perfect reminder of how precious every second and every

moment is with these little ones. They grow up way too soon so we have to take

advantage of whatever time we can spend with them.

Congratulations on your LifeLift anniversary. Your messages always make me stop

what I am doing because I realize what a challenge it has been for you to

exercise, yet you have pushed through it and you have realized the rewards for

doing it.

I have faith in you. I know you can get back on track and achieve any goal you

set for yourself.

Here are a few ideas that may help you get motivated again: I have posted this

before, but I thought it might help.

Each person is unique so results will be different for everyone, according to

many factors. Sometimes your bodies change over time and there is something new

that may need to be addressed or repaired before your body will begin to release

the toxins and fat. If you can just keep doing what you are doing one day soon

you should see the pounds and inches start to melt away. Some of our most

successful LifeLifters were slow losers in the beginning but they have gone on

to find wonderful success.

Our Wanda was one of our slowest losers in the beginning, yet she has gone on to

lose a great deal of weight and inches and she has greatly improved her state of

health.

It can take longer for your body to heal from within if you have issues and

problems with your internal organs or a hormone imbalance.

There are so many reasons why our bodies will hang on to weight that sometimes

your body requires a major tune up before it will begin to release weight and

inches.

Having excess weight is a symptom of something else that needs to be fixed in

your body. LifeLift is meant to help bring balance back to your body so that

whatever ails you can be repaired, including weight reduction.

Make sure you are changing something about the way you do your LifeLift workouts

every few days. If you are using the workout DVD's or videos then rotate them.

One day you can do Workout #1 and the next do Workout #2, then maybe on the

third day you can do just the Reflexology with LifeLift. Or you could do one of

the workouts in the morning for 15 or 20 minutes and then in the evening do the

Reflexology before bedtime. During the day try to do some extra breaths without

poses, while you do other things. I usually do at least 10 minutes of LifeLift

breathing while I am working on the computer. While I type or read I do

LifeLift. If you throw those extra breaths in it can really improve the function

of your metabolism so you can burn fat more efficiently.

One of the things I have discovered over the years with tens of thousands of

LifeLifters reports is that the more relaxed you are the easier it is for your

body to release toxins, fat and stress. Make sure you are doing your LifeLift

breaths in a way that nurtures your body. The slow, more precise breaths and

movements of LifeLift seem to offer the best results for most people. Be sure

you are keeping it slow, easy and gentle.

Ideally if you can do at least one workout, rotating your workouts for 15 to 20

minutes daily and then add some through out the day, a few minutes here and

there. This can really help to speed up your metabolism a lot.

It is fine to add LifeLift to any positions you like. Any time you stretch or

flex a muscle and add LifeLift you are improving your benefits for body

sculpting.

I do LifeLift as often as possible, while at the computer, while driving, in the

tub or shower and any time I think of it. It has really made a big difference

for me.

If you are worried about your " lift " being right you can try this:

Sometimes it can be very helpful to sit against a chair so you can use the

chair to keep your back steady when you do the " lift " Another idea is to

begin doing your LifeLift breaths with very little contraction during the

" lift " . Some of our most successful LifeLifters do not even do the deep

contraction so you should still get excellent results.

I know personally there are days when I feel much sleeker and slimmer and

yet there is no change in my weight. I especially notice when I am

sitting at the computer for long periods or driving in the car and I do a lot of

LifeLift breaths with the guided CD that I feel like my stomach is flatter and

everything around my middle is tighter. I also notice my rear seems lifted since

I

am big on tightening the muscles I am sitting on.

In my Health Center as an experiment I measured everything from top to

bottom on several of my LifeLifters to see what changes were taking place.

We found that sometimes the main areas, waist, bust, hips, thighs would

not change as much as the other areas even though, like you they would say they

felt

so much thinner, their clothes felt bigger and they felt smaller overall.

We decided to measure the entire body to see what kind of reading we would get

when we did a true measurement reading.

The overall inch loss total was often amazing and it served to show us that

they were losing inches from top to bottom.

Most people measure just bust, waist, hips, thighs and arms, but this is not

giving you a true measurement of what you are

losing.

Here is the list of places to start measuring.

Measure both arms and both legs to get a true reading.

Over the bust-this shows what you lose in your back too, which can be

considerable.

Bust

Right under the bust, the ribcage,

Waist

At the fullest part of the belly-abdomen

Lower abdomen

Hips

Thighs-right up at the very top

Thighs mid

Knees

Calves

Ankles

Arms right under the armpit at the fullest part of the arm.

I also suggest that you go to www.lifelift.net and read past newsletters and on

both that web site and www.oxygenlift.net read the FAQ pages and the Question

and answer pages. I have spent a lot of time compiling ideas on how to get the

most from your LifeLift workout.

Make sure you are drinking around 6 to 8 glasses of water daily. I feel it is

good to drink the water slowly, instead of guzzling the water too fast. It is

not good for your internal organs to drink too much water too quickly. Be

certain you are keeping your body fueled by eating smaller meals more often. I

like to eat something every two to three hours. It really can keep your

metabolism running better. Don't starve yourself at any time. Keeping your body

fueled will keep your metabolism working well

Below is something else that I do it often and love it. I notice a big

difference in my mid section when I do this regularly.

Before you get out of bed is ideal, but any time of the morning will do.

You can do this either flat on your back or in a pelvic tilt position where you

raise your hips off the bed a bit.

Begin by doing 10 long, slow, smooth LifeLift breaths. Make sure you are

emptying completely on each exhale.

Once you have completed the breaths begin by creating a small circle going

clockwise, starting from your belly button and working your way out with your

hand flat on your belly. If you are right handed use your right hand. If you are

left handed, use your left hand.

This is similar to what I show in the original LifeLift DVD, except on this one

you are beginning in the middle of your belly button and creating a larger

circle until your circle reaches the outer part of your abdomen, as far as you

can go. Once you are there begin the circle again only this time go counter

clockwise from the outside of your belly until you make the tiny circle again at

your belly button.

If you want to really give this some power do 10 more LifeLift breaths after you

have completed the circles.

This is about 5 minutes for the breaths at the beginning, 5 minutes at the end

and about a minute for the circles.

Do this same routine at bedtime or when you have time. Just make sure you are

doing it twice daily. If you are only doing one set of 10 breaths it will take

about 6 minutes. If you do the double front and end breaths it will take about

11 minutes.

Be blessed, be healthy and take good care,

Rashelle
