I tried Body Flex but it caused spasms in my neck and headaches. I used Oxycise for awhile and it took the pain out of my lower back. But I didn't lose any weight or feel energized. I enjoy the fact that LL is slower, calmer. I find it very relaxing and easier to do than the two. I've already noticed that I much more flexible, stronger, and am slimming my waist down as my pants are looser. I have a friend who is turning 64 and she is doing the program in the mornings with me and loves it as well. I bought a copy for my girlfriend who really enjoyed her first workout this morning. I acutally haven't given myself the time to take care of me and this week, more than ever, realized that I need to unwind or I'm heading for some problems. I found your posting most inspirational. All of the postings are inspirational but one from a male really sticks out for me. I am accustumed to a very " stubborn " husband that feels many infomercials, products, and testimonials are not genuine. I love him to death but the word " stubborn " says it all.
