Guest guest
Hello Miss, I love your message! Thank you so much for taking the time to write this. You are so right about getting your heart to understand how truly precious you are in order for your body to follow. Once you understand that you absolutely are worthy to be healthy, wealthy, thin and loved, your whole life will change. I can tell from your message how beautiful you are so all you need to do now is to allow yourself to have all of the wonderful things that you really do deserve. I can't begin to tell you how much I loved reading this- " If you're wondering how I'm doing on the program. I can tell you I do GREAT; my body responds like LL is its best friend. " I am so glad you are here with us. You are a perfect LifeLifter. Be Healthy and take good care, Rashelle Harness the Powerful Benefits of Oxygen with LifeLift. I have done the rubberband workout and it was fun actually. I don't do it regularly and honestly I think it would do me a world of good if I did. Breathing seems to be challenge enough for me to get in daily so until I get that done regularly, I don't add anything else. I really did enjoy it though and if I could just get it in my head (or is it my heart I need to work on?) where I realize I AM WORTH THE TIME, I know I will continue to be less than I can be. Why do I fill the days with work, family, friends, volunteer duties, and church (not to be confused with God as He is with me all day and a delight to my soul) but all the other responsiblitites just eat up my days, my weeks, my months, my years and my life. LL is such a positive thing in one's life but like any other good thing, it doesn't work if we don't do it and if I could listen to my own preaching, I'd be thin, healthy, rested, full of energy, and on my way to wonderful things. There...I used you to educate me...lol. Thanks for letting me vent to myself. I've needed that talk since last Friday! :-) Also, you ask if vegetarianism has kept me thin. No, and chocolate is to blame...not candy but cakes, cookies and brownies. The only defense I have is that I use only organic ingredients. However, the calories are still there and with no fat free organic as a rule, sometimes more calories than other cheaper, lesser quality sweets. If you're wondering how I'm doing on the program. I can tell you I do GREAT; my body responds like LL is its best friend. I lose weight too...like 5 pounds in one week and a week and half later 11 pounds for a total of 16 pounds in less than two weeks. I'm 70 pounds overweight tops. I didn't even measure but everyone noticed. THEN, it happens...life. I let it rule my world and no more program and it all comes undone. I tell you true. I feel terrible, I get down because it was wasted time and I gain it back quick. Until I take responsiblity for this yo-yo action, I have no one to blame but myself. I know that. I truly believe LL is the fastest, easiest, healthiest, cheapest way to lose fat and inches with more beneficial " side effects " than can be listed here. Information overload? Perhaps but writing this has given me the motivation to dig out my rubberband workout so thank you for that. Now, where did I put those bands? Take care, be well and stay safe but not enough that you have no fun.
