Oh Pat, you are so sweet, and I count my blessings for such an

inspiring Sister <:-) Every day I thank God for Rashelle Haines,

as well as for Greer Childers & BodyFlex, since her info-mercial

ended up leading me to LifeLift afterall !!!

I just LOVE this program, because it's perfect for those of us who

can't (or just plain don't want to!) " kill " ourselves with strenuous

blood-sweat- & -tears workouts that never really seem to impact the

areas where we need it the most anyway -- I can't tell you how

many " exercise nut " friends of mine have seriously HURT themselves

over the years by running, weight-lifting, etc. (some have needed

repeated surgeries & one has actually had her body permanently

impaired!)...

So yes, Rashelle is truly a GIFT from heaven, and so is her website

& this list <:-)

Hi CC,

You are very sweet, too. Don't you forget that, sweetheart!! And I am so glad

that I have you in my life!!! Thank God for our darling Rashelle and for

everything she does for us!!! She is so sweet, and she really dotes on all of

us. What a wonderful Life Lift Mom we all are fortunate to have in our lives!!!
