Welcome back Tom!

Now you have that " dream machine, " let's hope that it

measures up to what the inventor says.

Thanks for letting us know you are back and safe. Truth

is, I didn't think you were even leaving until March.

Stay warm Tom. Wisconsin is to get one of the coldest

nights of the season.. tonight.

You will have to have someone take a picture of you on

your Segway, and post it on the photo site.

Happy that Driegon and the rest are okay!

Hugs,

Subject: Hi

Just to let everyone know that I'm back, ever and always behind completely,

and surprised at how well I feel. The trip was a most definite strain,

mostly because Detroit airport is a horror story. I didn't walk that much,

but I sure did stand - on the autowalk things/whatevertheyre. Sometimes

everything hurt, sometimes some things did. The Segway thing is fantastic,

but I may have a bit of trouble, definitely not tooo much. I don't think

they are as instinctual as people say, but it may become so. You definitely

have to balance the dumb thing at first unnaturally for me. I believe I

will get there, in fact I'm sure. I feel REMARKABLY WELL today, though.

After sleeping a long one.

I'm also using a lot of time on the Carduelid list, as the owner left,

and made me moderator, & the list has gone bonkers for me to straighten out.

Some of them need to be spanked.

Creatures are in good shape, Driegon is, I am, but I shall now take a nap!

, Thanks for the recipe. I may have missed this string recently but do you

have any trouble getting your cream to emulsify and stay emulsified? Whats the

best method? Wisk? Mixer? Thanks.

hi

Hi, some time ago, Cat asked for a 'peppermint foot cream with a 'tingly'

feeling. Well, I meant to send one in but I forgot.I'm sorry.

So here it is now. 1cup of basic cream recipe.

Coconut oil ( melted )

A few drops of peppermint essential

oil.

Pour enough coconut oil into the basic cream to make it the consistency you

want and stir really well. Then add a few drops of the essential oil to give the

cream a lovely smell. I usually put in quite a bit because I just love the

smell. This feels lovely and tingly and so easy to make up.... hugs, .

Basic cream.you all know how.but anyway....Here is the one I use.....

7 gm grated beeswax.

15 gm cocoa butter.

45 ml almond oil

35 ml rose water..................... hope this helps Cat..hugs,...

CZ,

I loved your site! I can't wait until you finish the birds' pages, only

a few more to go, huh? Let me know when you finish the birds' pages and

the memorial pages.

hi

hi all.

i have been unwell lately with spells of giddiness or vertigo and

yesterday it was bad enough that i vomited. my neck is very sore but i

do not want to see a neurologist or neurosurgeon at the state hospital

where they made me so ill at my colonoscopy and i have no insurance to

see private ones so i will just deal with the pain rather than have

state surgeons cut things up in my neck like the dr said i would need.

no way in hell are they getting near my neck i just don't want the risk.

the last couple of days i have been making a website for my birdies.

anyone who wants to look at it can see it here:

www.dmpo.com/~mystibird/

it is far from finished but i would welcome comments on what i have done

so far. under the Birds' Pages section the first 6 links are working but

i have not made the others yet.

tomorrow. when i feel better i will put more up there. i want to get the

articles and information part done but that means i have to write them

and that's hard for me to do. i never can work out what is too little or

too much information when i try to explain things like genetics to people.

I'm sorry you are not feeling well again CZ :o( Why do the Dr.'s want to do surgery on your neck??? If your not any better soon, you should have your own Dr. look at it at least to make sure its not something different...

I looked at your web site :o) You are doing a great job on it!!! I like the rack you have up so the birdies can all sit on it :o) never thought of that... Keep reminding us of your site so that we can check on it also... You know how bad most of our memories are :o)

You take care of your self and I Pray that you will start to feel better real soon...

helen my own dr is a knob. he is not going to tell me anything useful

about my neck. they said something about trapped nerves causing pain in

the ulner nerve or something. i think they want to do a release on my

neck but most of it sounded like psychobabble to me. either which way

they are not getting near me.

my birds playgym has been packed away for months because they have all

been too ill to go on it. or even the symptom free ones i do not want

mixing amongst themselves because if anyone is not perfectly healthy

then they will just reinfect them all.

today my dr gave me some packs of clarithromycin and a prescription for

vibramycin. he said that they will help my balance and clear up my nose.
