Guest guest
Pat - I remember some of the " older " members of this group mentioning that they were able to LL breaths during church services... BTW, where is Jennie, Liz, etc. - do they still post occasionally? I recognize several of the " oldies " (Wanda, Diane....) but am still missing some.... > > Hi Rashelle and Everyone, > > I am wondering if any or all of you have ever done " whispering " Life > Lift breathing and how silently you were able to do Life Lift breathing > so that it would still be effective for you? Guest guest
Hello Dearest Pat, That is adorable the way you describe it as whispering LifeLift. I love that. I often do it so quietly that people thinking I am just taking a deep sigh. I find I get almost as much out of the breaths as I do when I expel the air with a little more force. It should never be too forceful at any time so doing it quietly, as you say almost a whisper is a very good way to get your LifeLift breaths in even when you are in public. I travel a lot so I often do it in the plane while flying and I try not to disturb anyone so I just gently blow out as if I am taking a big deep sigh. The important thing is to remember to empty completely. Expel as much air as you can on the exhale. Be Healthy and take good care, Rashelle Harness the Powerful Benefits of Oxygen with LifeLift. Hi Rashelle and Everyone, I am wondering if any or all of you have ever done " whispering " Life Lift breathing and how silently you were able to do Life Lift breathing so that it would still be effective for you? Does Life Lift breathing have to be done loudly or, at least, audibly, in order to be effective? There are so many instances and occasions when I want to do Life Lift breathing but don't want people to hear me to it for one reason or another!!! Is it possible to do " whispered " Life Lift breathing? Thanks a lot for your answers to my question. Love always, Pat
Guest guest
Hello Pat, A lot of us on the list do our Lifelift breathing quiet; where no one else is even aware that we are doing it. It does take practice; but it can be done. Our Liz does it in Church. I do it in waiting rooms; while at the movies; in meetings; etc. No one really pays attention. : ) Have fun! Love, Wanda. Guest guest
Hi Bonnie, Thanks for your answer to my question, and to answer your question, I have not heard from our dear Liz in a long time and neither has anyone else, because she doesn't post often, Same with Jennie. We hear from C and R still posts quite regularly. We also only hear from Wanda once in awhile, as she is too busy with her dad to write often. I ran into you once on the EFTslim list, Bonnie, and answered one of your questions that you posted to that group, but you never answered my answer to you, so I guess you didn't see it. Anyway, dear, I have missed you on this really wonderful Life Lift list, so I am SO GLAD to have you back!!!! How is Florida treating you? Guest guest
Hi Rashelle, Thank you so much for this wonderful answer. I love to do Life Lift breathing, and it is a wonderful thing to know that I can do " Whispering Life Lift " when doing it more loudly would be totally inappropriate to the situation I find myself in. So thanks for this wonderful answer. You said exactly what I was hoping you would say!!! Guest guest
Well, , I certainly didn't mean " oldie " in the geriatric sense - just in longevity on this group! " poem " - I sent the mother's poem to each of my 6 kids - my responses: 1. Hey Mom, I would love to have you come and live with me and do all the things I did to you as a kid -- for a WEEK (note that I said 1 WEEK " 2. Nope, you'll not come to live with me, but never fear, I'll not let you live under the bridge in the elements - I'll supply you with a really sturdy box! [this is the son who would likely be the most caring, but he loves to tease] 3. When you come live with me, I'll try to be as patient with you as I am with my niece..... 4. I will let you live with Emma (her daughter, the above daughter's niece) - maybe I'll just lock the two of you in a room and let you have fun.... 5. (from my baby) - don't you DARE get old 6. Sure Mom, what can you do that I didn't - could be interesting.... what a lot of fun that poem was - and how much fun my kids and I have had with it!!!!! And Pat - Florida is really a great place to live - sort of like a permanent vacation - I'm still getting used to a lack of income (ouch!) but the lazy days with my husband are spectacular.... > > > > Hi Rashelle and Everyone, > > > > I am wondering if any or all of you have ever done " whispering " > Life > > Lift breathing and how silently you were able to do Life Lift > breathing > > so that it would still be effective for you?
