H Rashelle and Everyone,

I just watched the Life Lift Reflexology DVD for the first time and

really love it, but I have a question for all of you: This concerns the

foot reflexology part of the DVD. I notice that you, Rashellle , do the

foot reflexology on your BARE feet. I am wondering if I would be able

to do it just as effectively on my feet while I am wearing my socks. I

suppose that it would be better to do the reflexology on my BARE feet,

but, you see, I have a " bare foot phobia " and always have had one.

Perhaps doing this foot reflexology with my feet without socks will help

me get over this life long " bare foot phobis " , I don't know. But what

advice do you all have to give me????? Thanks a lot.

Love alwaya,

Pat

Hello Pat,

I have been gone all day and I only have a minute on line but I saw your

question and wanted to answer it for you.

I often do Reflexology on my feet with my socks on. It does not matter as long

as you put the pressure on the areas you need to while you do your LifeLift

breaths.

I am thrilled you love your Reflexology with LifeLift DVD. Thanks again for

always being so generous with your praise.

Be Healthy and take good care,

Rashelle

Pat,

You are so funny!

You can do it with your bare feet - or with socks - either way -

it is just the PUSHING on the acupressure points, and doing the breaths while

doing it - that gets the job done :)

Although I personally like doing it barefoot - because your hands can *slip* on

socks -

but not a big deal :o)

When my mom massage's clients, MOST of their clothes are off, but certain

clothing she has them KEEP on - and if she has to get a point near one of those

areas - it is OVER the clothes :o)

Hi Rashelle,

Thank you for giving me this very surprising but very welcome answer to

my question!!! I was fully expecting you to say that (your) foot

reflexology MUST be done on my bare feet ONLY, so thank you for giving

me the answer that I really and truly wanted, which is that I can feel

free to do the foot reflexology with socks on my feet!!! That is so

good to know!!!

I am so glad that I bought your Life Lift Reflexology DVD, and now that

I know that I can effectively do the foot reflexology with me socks on,

I will be sure to do it often!!!!! I know that this will really help

me!!! Thank you so very much for producing such wonderful Life Lift

products and for caring about all of us so much!!!!

Love always,

Pat

Hi Pat,

I actually have a pair of reflexology socks and gloves that I like to

wear when I do reflexology. They tell where the points are on them. I

bought these through Avon a few years ago.

Liz,

Hi, how are you doing? I have been reading but not taking time to post.

However, your post on reflexology socks got me to thinking. I used to have some

also. I did an e-bay search for reflexology and came up with an interesting

item on reflexology. Item #130006814155 It is a pair of Foot Models that

show the reflexology points on them. Kind of cool. :-)

There are 7 auctions going on right now with the reflexology and accupunture

socks. I just did a search on reflexology socks to get the results.

Karma,

I had those socks you are speaking of. And I had them way before I

knew anything about reflexology and just thought they were cool. : )

I also had a pair of socks that said LEFT and one said RIGHT. I

used to love to wear them on the opposite feet to see if people would

notice! LOL

Big Hug!

What's the point of wearing socks that have the relexology points

printed on them? I mean, how can you read them and see where the points

are in the diagrams as you work on your feet? Wouldn't you have to

stand on your head to do that?????? It seems to me that buying socks

like that would be a waste of money. You would do just as well to have

the reflexology points tatooed on your feet, wouldn't you?????

On the other hand, reflexology GLOVES showing the reflexology points for

the HANDS DO make sense to me, simply because your hands are so much

closer to your eyes than your feet are and because you can move your

hands up to your eyes with your arms!!!

Hi Pat,

I guess the reflexology socks are good for people who are flexible enough to be

able to sit and pull their feet up in their lap and see the bottom of their

feet. OR for people who are fortunate enough to have someone else rub their

feet. It would give even those with no knowledge of reflexology the right

places to rub for your ailment.

Hi Karma,

I do admit that reflexology socks are a good idea, and I do know that

some people are flexible enough to turn their lower bodies into pretzels

in order to see the soles of their feet, not to mention skinny enough to

move that far. But, I think that it many ways foot reflexology is very

impractical, for reasons which should be obvious to you. I do think

that reflexology gloves are a wonderful idea, though, most especially

when the reflex points on the feet correspond exactly to those on the

hands and lead to the same body organs. So, reflexology can be done on

the hands with the same resuts as when it is done on the feet. In

fact, I am going to write to Rashelle at her private email address when

I have the time and suggest to her that she start producing and selling

both reflexology socks and reflexology gloves!!! I think that they

would really sell, most especially because she combines her reflexology

with her wonderful Life Lift breathing technqiue!!!! Don't you agree

with me that reflexology socks and reflexology gloves would be a good

idea for Rashelle to consider??????

Love always,

Pat

Hello My Dear Karma,

It is ALWAYS wonderful to see a post from you. I miss you.

We have already been looking into this idea. We are looking for some to purchase

in bulk. I actually have a pair of the socks, even though I have never used them

I think they are fun. I LOVED the message Wanda sent. Trust our Wanda to make us

laugh.

I will keep you posted.

Love and blessings, my friend.
