Guest guest Posted April 26, 2006 Report Posted April 26, 2006 Hello , I'm sure you'll receive lots of messages and feedback from your email. Yes, LifeLift breathing works for me. I have lost a lot of weight; and inches; and am still in the process of continuing toward being free of my weight problem. To me though, even tho I am still very obese; is the healing that the oxygen brings from the inside of my body. I always look at LifeLift as a way of bringing all that healthy oxygen into my body and the inch/weight loss as a wonderful side effect. At my size; yes, I do need to watch my food intake; and have tried to follow what Rashelle has taught us a few years ago; to eat several small meals/snacks each day to keep the body energized as well as keeping the metabolism working. I have learned that eating a very well balanced meal works for me. Rashelle has so many things that can help. Her DVD's are awesome; and if you haven't yet; I would suggest you purchase the Introduction Tape first since that has complete instructions on how to properly do the breath; or if you have children who might want to exercise with you; Rashelle also explains the breath on her childrens video! Not too mention it is animated and quite fun and cute to do. My favorite DVD is the reflexology one; and when I am faithful and do it each day I truely notice a difference in the weight loss. I think the stretch band video is my next fav. The glory that is LifeLift tho; once you know how to do the breath; you can incorporate it into your daily functions without watching and going along with the tapes. I make up so many of my own exercises to work around my size and still accomplish results. I also faithfully use the Body Wrap products from Rashelle's website and if you'd like to hear more on these please let me know. I can really chat all day about these products. They are so wonderful; help me see results which keeps me motivated; and they work for me. Great luck with your decision on getting healthier and losing your weight.
