Oxygen burns fat, tones muscles, reduces stress Be healthier with each breath you take with LifeLift www.oxygenlift.net. LifeLift is the Original Aerobic Breathing Re: Re: Question about the Oxygen Zoo animals Dear Pat & all, The absoulte most wonderful thing about Life Lift is that you can and should adapt...adapt...adapt to your need. The first time I started I could not do anything but sit in my rocker recliner and found that I could adapt and lost lots of pounds and inches. The rocker broke down and I quit doing and now am back at an all time high but the key again is to adapt. I found for me that the best time for doing the breaths was when I was " tied " to the computer reading and posting. Something that requires my time to be in one spot. Rashelle did talk of an adaptation for knees at one time and you probably could find it in the archives if your really interested. She also mentioned of working on one for the eyes. Being I was diabetic I found it interesting that as I was faithful to the breathing my numbers got better in conjunction with watching my food intake. As I understand it the oxygen is what does the change because it is replacing the bad element and the stress to the particular area is the tool to direct that oxygen to the area needing work. That's a simplified definition but I like simple...it works best for me.
