I'm thinking that I ought to do this for a minimum of a month, see if it changes anything (bloated, gassy feeling). I made an appt with an acupuncturist (at the Austin Acupuncture School) -- don't know if that can do anything for my leg/knee pain, but it should beat the MD's " it's from getting old, nothing to do except for taking 2 Advil before going on a trip.... " Maybe if I can just get an intelligent evaluation I can look up what to do -- I'm not about to give up traveling if there is anything to be done for this! Nor do I want to depend on Advil for the rest of my life! Yesterday, my husband's urologist decided that he (my husband) needed to have the shock wave lithoscopy treatment again (for a large kidney stone) -- this is really hard on Harry, he tends to react badly to full anesthesia -- wish there was something more we could do to encourage that blasted stone to break up and pass!!!! I'm carefully checking my exercises out -- making sure that my form is okay -- and of course, it hadn't been, they're quite a bit more difficult now! I guess it's my nature to be lazy.... And I am adding something to the LL breaths -- when I do the lift, I do it as Rashelle says -- but then I do around 20 Kegel exercises -- I can only do this when I'm not doing any other exercise, but I don't think it'll make for any problems with the stnd LL????
