This is a very interesting idea to me and I would like a further explanation so that I will be able to do it for my headaches, which I get quite often. But I can tell you when I have headaches I tend to put one hand across my forehead and the other on the back of the head and do my lifelift. I give a little pressure with my hands on the head; just light pressure and it does make a difference for me.
