Hi Connie,

I'm not having as much pain so far this week and you know how much I love my

exercise. It makes me sad when I can't do it... nuts huh???? Talk about weird,

that's me. ;-)

Hi Everyone,

Today I did 30 LL breaths with Pilates. Tonight I did 30 more while pressing my

painful spots.

I'll get the results from my CAT Scan on Thurs. morning.

Hi Liz,

Was the pain that you felt in your throat and neck relieved when you put your

hands on those parts of your body and did LL breathing while you were touching

them????? This is a very interesting idea to me and I would like a further

explanation so that I will be able to do it for my headaches, which I get quite

often. Thanks for letting me know how you do this, and thanks so much, Liz!!!

Does TOUCHING body parts that hurt you while you do LL breathing actually

relieve PAIN????

Hi Everyone,

Today I did 40 LL breaths on my face and neck. My throat and neck have

been hurting me lately so I just put my hands on my neck area and did

LL breaths. I also did a Pilates tape.

Pat,

You'll have to wait to hear from Liz on this. But I can tell you

when I have headaches I tend to put one hand across my forehead and

the other on the back of the head and do my lifelift. I give a

little pressure with my hands on the head; just light pressure and it

does make a difference for me.

I use light pressure also with LL

Helps alot
