I was walking around the house this evening and thot why am I stiff anyway? My

rear and thighs were sore and I couldn't think of anything strenuous I had done.

Then it occurred to me...I've been

breathing for 3 days! Only about 12 a day tho.

Hi there,

That's one of the things I love most about lifelift is the baggy

pants. A couple years ago I told the list that my pants look like

M.C. Hammer! Remember those pants! haaaaaa

Well I continue to have various Hammer pants now and nothing beats that

for incentive!

Enjoy.

Wanda.

Hi Wanda,

What are M.C. Hammer pants? If they were popular before 1951, then I

had not been born yet!!! I just told you my age in a way, didn't I?

Well, I am going to be 55 at the end of this month, and I am so proud of

that!! Imagine, that by the time I get to be 60 I might have the body

of a 20 year old because of Life Lift!!! That is exciting, isn't it?

Love always,

Pat

Hello Wanda,

I always love hearing about your Hammer pants. You always make me laugh. It

reminds me of how much fun we have always had talking about doing the happy

dance for all of our LifeLift success stories.

Thanks for the smile!

Hi Pat,

Actually, if I remember correctly; he was out in the mid 80's; early

1990's. He wore these parachute pants; and I still get up and do his

dance to a song called 'U Can't Touch This!' LOL

I would consider his song style hip/hop with some rap. So when I used

to tell everyone about my Hammer pants; those were the types I meant

because they would like just like his; only mine were huge from losing

inches with LL!

Now, I'm going to go find that song online and play it and get up and

dance at my desk! Later!

Hugs,

Wanda.

Hi Gaylynn,

do do do do Hammertime!

Couldn't resist. And I really did find a short version of his song

Tuesday night on the web and literally did his hammertime dance (can

you believe I remember that!) at my desk!

Love you!
