Guest guest
Will do Kiki blessings R I guess it's my turn now, to ask for prayer... I should have asked sooner, but honestly, with so many here, going thru so much, I didn't want to add more to it. I'm asking for your prayers, good thoughts, positive vibes, whatever you're comfortable with, for my cousin Pat. We've recently found out she's an alcoholic, hidden it from everyone for years, no one had a clue. She was hospitalized a week or so ago with a lot of problems, liver, pancreas with cysts on it, that have grown VERY fast, and some other things, brought on by the drinking. She was sent to the ER a few days ago and is in ICU now, awaiting surgery in the morning. She has fluid and blood in the abdomen, a ruptured spleen and bleeding from that. They will remove the spleen and the cyst that is attached to it. If her liver is working, they will take 2/3 of her pancreas {the liver, if it is working, is apparently what will help the blood clot} and may have to do a colostomy. If the liver isn't working, they will try and just take the spleen and close her, cuz she could bleed to death on the table. Even if they can do all they want, she will need another surgery at a later date. If you can find a minute to send a prayer for her and the family, I would be very grateful... Blessings XOXOXO Kiki
