Hi

Haven't been on in a while, been visiting my sick father and since he

is nearly six hours away, it takes a big bite out of our time. My

father is getting near the end, his lungs are in really bad shape now

from the cancer, and he also has liver cancer, so... Anyway, on the

way down this weekend, in the van, I did quite a number of LL

breaths - quiet ones, but I think I got the hang of it. The only

problem was, it was nearly 9 p.m. by the time we got there and at 2

p.m. I was still wide awake...I think I had too much oxygen!!!

I really feel for all of you who have been asking for prayers, and I

would ask that you pray for my family as well.

Hi Dar,

Great job with your LL breaths even though they kept you awake. :-)

I'm still praying for your dad.

Love, Liz

Dar,

I am so sorry to hear about your father. You will be in my prayers.

As far as the breathing at night, I have the same problem too. LOL

I have learned that I cannot do LL after 4:00 or I will be up all night long!
