Hi to everyone! It's been a while since we've all checked in. Maybe with

summer coming to a close we'll all have more time to share and visit. I sure

hope so! I also hope Jenni is having a blast at Disney World. Talk to y'all

soon.

Hello Liz and both 's.

It is so good to see posts from all of you.

I agree with Liz. It is amazing how unique we all are. We respond in such

different ways to everything.. I love to do some LifeLift breaths just before

bedtime, it relaxes me so much. I have had a lot of people say it is the only

way they can sleep, yet every once in awhile we get someone like our sweet

reporting that it gives them too much energy to sleep.

This is just one more reason why we need to pay attention to our own bodies and

treat ourselves accordingly.

Well I can totally understand that doing LL at 5 in the morning would be

tough. :-o It's funny how LL breaths done in the evening can keep

some people up at night and I can do mine at 9 and 10 at night and it

doesn't bother me. God made us all so different, but that's what makes us

all sooooo special!:-)

Hi Rashelle,

Oh how I wish I could do my breaths at night but I did take your advice this

morning. I didn't set the timer but It takes me about 5-7 minutes to get to

work so I did my breaths while driving. I only got in 10 but it sure helped to

wake me up!!
