We respond in such different ways to everything.. I love to do some LifeLift breaths just before bedtime, it relaxes me so much. I have had a lot of people say it is the only way they can sleep, yet every once in awhile we get someone like our sweet reporting that it gives them too much energy to sleep. This is just one more reason why we need to pay attention to our own bodies and treat ourselves accordingly. Sweet dreams to all of you! Rashelle Re: Liz's Sat. Workout () Thanks !!!! I didn't set the timer but It takes me about 5-7 minutes to get to work so I did my breaths while driving. I only got in 10 but it sure helped to wake me up!! Love, Hello Liz and both 's.
