Guest guest
Hi The first question I must ask - where are you?? The list is very international nowadays as I see that from your address you are probably Australian ...but where are you working? many thanks UK North Sea Training providers Hi all, I am currently on the hunt for a training provider to deliver some training to my first aid party and the emergency response team on board the rig. The training is to be specifically targeted at teaching these guy/girls how to manouever a casualty around the rig using the paraguard strecther, with emphasis placed on site specific problems that could be encountered, and also use of ancillary equipment that may be on board. As you may have guessed, I would prefer for the provider to travel to the rig for the training to increase both the availability of the personnel and the reality of the training. I would expect that this training would entitle the trainee to some form of formal recognition (i.e a nice bit of paper for the CV, but not automatic rescue experts like some courses) and be nationally recognised. Please contact me offline if you know of a provider, or in fact provide, these services. Also if you know where I can get certified to undertake this training as a medic. Regards, Member Information: List owner: Ian Sharpe Owner@... Editor: Ross Boardman Editor@... ALL list admin messages (subscriptions & unsubscriptions) should be sent to the list owner.
