Guest guest Posted April 6, 2004 Report Share Posted April 6, 2004 Hi Ladies I have been working hard during these last 9 weeks I do around 75 LL a day with Pilates .Mon.-Fri On the weekend a few LL here and there Focus on Eating healthy and portion control and 6-8 glasses of water a day I lost another 1 and 2 lbs. this past week Total so far 17 " and 12 lbs. Not sure about all the whistles! But you are a great confidence builder I have a ways to go and I want to stay focused !
