Hi Ladies

I have been working hard during these last 9 weeks

I do around 75 LL a day with Pilates .Mon.-Fri On the weekend a few LL here and

there

Focus on Eating healthy and portion control and 6-8 glasses of water a day

I lost another 1 and 2 lbs. this past week

Total so far 17 " and 12 lbs.

I.m so EXCITED!!! Lizzy like you said be consistent (key word)

during your vacation..... " One Hot Momma " !!!!! I can hear the whistles

Are you breathing and doing the Pilates together or separately?

Thanks so much Lizzy

It will be nice to not have those shorts so tight. More then anything just

feeling healthy.

Not sure about all the whistles! But you are a great confidence builder

I have a ways to go and I want to stay focused ! I appreciate eveyones support

Doing the Pilates/floor exercises and LL together

I also do about 10-15 small 4 LB wt routine
