Workout Hi Everyone, Today I did 75 LL breaths working my abs, obliques, buns, hips, thighs, and back. My foot is bothering me, I don't know what I did to it. It's a little swollen and sore so I decided to take a break from my walking today, maybe even tomorrow. Workout Hi Friends, Today I did 100 LL breaths with a 2 ml. walk. It felt soooo good, I did my favorite Sansone tape, but I did 2 ml. instead of 4. I also did a 15 min. Pilates workout.
