I am so glad you are talking about the importance of drinking plenty of water,

the green tea is great too.

This is a must when you are using the Body Wrap products if you want the best

I have lost 8 lbs. and 10 inches

Last week I gained and no inch loss and wanted to just give in.

Point well taken, Rashelle. I'm going to have drinking more water as my primary

goal for the next few days.

Here's an idea for those of us in the group with foot problems. I had a

cortisone shot to reduce the inflammation today and the doctor was emphatic

about me laying off my foot for the next couple of days. I did my breathing

tonight by doing floor stretches. I'm charged because I got a great workout - -

this little foot problem didn't have to hold me back - - and I didn't compromise

my treatment today.

I have decaf green tea at night with a snack . Helps those evening hungers

I'm trying to drink at least 8 glasses of water a day

Just remember what goes in has to come out

I'm running to the bathroom alot!
